Dry Needling

• There might be a feeling of a dull ache, light tingling, muscles twitch
• A familiar sensation of radiating may be felt
• Treatment can be uncomfortable, if too much we will remove the needle/s
• Muscles can feel tired or heavy for a few hours
• After strong treatment, there can be an aching in the muscles similar to aching the day after excessive exercise
• Small bruises may occur, this is inconsequential
